With three direct reports, you'll lead and develop a team of planning professionals while playing a hands-on role in delivering effective supply planning outcomes across a complex and dynamic product portfolio.\nReporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing supply plans across a rolling 13-week to 24-month horizon, ensuring inventory and service level targets are achieved while optimising labour and production capacity. You can build credibility with manufacturing and commercial stakeholders, mentor others, and use ERP planning systems to turn complex supply information into practical, aligned decisions, we'd love to hear from you!\nWhat’s the Scoop?\nDevelop and maintain short, medium and long-term supply plans that support inventory, customer service, capacity and working-capital objectives. \nOwn tactical and strategic production plans across a rolling 13-week to 24-month planning horizon. \nBalance supply and demand by identifying constraints, risks and opportunities, and coordinating practical cross-functional responses. \nBuild and maintain strong working relationships across Demand Planning, Sales, Production, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Commercial teams. \nLead supply planning inputs into the monthly S&OP process, including capacity planning, supply projections, scenario analysis and long-term production planning. \nTranslate complex planning information into clear recommendations, reports and business cases that enable timely decision-making. \nManage new product introductions, product transitions and discontinuations to protect supply continuity and ensure effective execution. \nMaintain planning master data, system parameters and data integrity within ERP and advanced planning systems. \nUse planning-system functionality and data to identify exceptions, model scenarios and improve the quality and speed of planning decisions. \nDrive continuous improvement across supply planning processes, systems, governance and performance measures. \nCoach, mentor and support Supply Planning team members, building capability, accountability and consistent planning disciplines. \nSupport inventory optimisation, capacity reviews and long-term strategic planning to meet future business requirements. \nDeliver reliable, efficient and customer-focused supply chain outcomes in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nDemonstrated experience in supply planning, production planning or master scheduling within a complex FMCG manufacturing environment. \nStrong practical knowledge of supply planning across short, medium and long-term horizons. \nDetailed understanding of master scheduling, rough-cut capacity planning, inventory management and supply-demand balancing. \nExperience supporting or leading S&OP, capacity planning and supply scenario development. \nA strong technical understanding of ERP and advanced planning systems, including planning parameters, master data, system-generated recommendations, exception management and data integrity. \nHands-on experience using SAP or a comparable ERP planning platform. Experience with SAP IBP would be highly advantageous. \nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and work effectively across Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Production, Procurement, Finance and Commercial teams. \nThe ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively and bring different functions together around an aligned supply plan. \nExperience coaching, mentoring or developing planning team members, with a genuine interest in building team capability. \nStrong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex information into clear insights and recommendations. \nClear and concise written, verbal and presentation skills that support effective operational and executive decision-making. \nA proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes. \nAdvanced capability in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant Microsoft Office applications.\nSupport a hybrid working model as standard, encompassing both flexible work from home arrangements and access to our Melbourne and regional sites. \nWhy Bulla?\nAt Bulla, we’re not just about ice cream - we’re about creating a culture that’s as rich and satisfying as our creamy classics.
