Acting as the critical bridge between technical execution and business objectives, you will work closely with Delivery Team Leads, Product Managers, and C-Suite stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end program delivery, defining scope, tracking milestones, and managing risks across multiple R&D workstreams.\nAlign cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Product, and Business functions to ensure seamless execution from intake through to release.\nDrive sequencing and dependency management across multiple engineering squads and delivery leads.\nUnblock delivery teams, resolve program-level bottlenecks, and optimize processes to improve predictability and consistency.\nEstablish clear milestone tracking, KPIs, and reporting cadences for executive stakeholders.\nCandidate Profile & Requirements\nExperience: Minimum 5 years in program or senior project management, with a track record of managing multi-squad delivery simultaneously.\nDomain Expertise: Experience in iGaming, fintech, or similar high-availability, heavily regulated tech environments is highly desirable.\n Delivery Knowledge: Deep understanding of the full SDLC, release management, go-live coordination, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket (knowledge of Jenkins and Grafana is a plus).\nCore Skills: Strong stakeholder management, proactive risk mitigation, and proven ability to navigate competing priorities at scale.\n Qualifications: Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering;
