You’ll work closely with creative, strategy and other internal teams, playing an important role in shaping content from the initial brief through to delivery.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nCreate clear, engaging and persuasive copy across promotional, customer and marketing communications.\nAdapt content for different brands, channels, audiences and customer touchpoints.\nCome up with creative ideas and concepts that bring campaigns and promotions to life.\nWork closely with creative and design teams to make sure copy and visuals work seamlessly together.\nKeep the customer experience front of mind, making sure content is clear, intuitive and easy to understand.\nTake complex briefs, campaign requirements and mechanics and turn them into simple, engaging customer-facing content.\nMake sure all content stays consistent with brand tone of voice, terminology, formatting and quality standards.\nReview and edit copy carefully, with a sharp eye for accuracy, consistency and detail.\nCollaborate with strategists, designers and other stakeholders to deliver content against campaign objectives and deadlines.\nTake feedback on board and use campaign insights and learnings to continually improve content.\nManage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone who is creative, curious and genuinely enjoys working with words.
