You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing backend applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable and high-performing. technologies.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nPerson Specification\nEssential Skills & Experience\nDegree or certification in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).\n\nCommercial or junior-level development experience with Node.js.\n\nExposure to PHP and Go (Golang).\n\nUnderstanding of object-oriented programming principles.\n\nExperience working with databases such as MongoDB.\n\nKnowledge of messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Redis.\n\nExperience using version control systems, particularly Git.\n\nUnderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\n\nGood written and spoken English.\n\nDesirable\nExperience with Web Services, WCF or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).\n\nExposure to cloud-based or distributed application development.\n\nPersonal Attributes\nPositive and proactive attitude.\n\nStrong problem-solving and
