ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by designing and executing test strategies, identifying defects, and working closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with developers and stakeholders to define functional requirements and identify testing needs.\n\nPerform functional, integration, exploratory and regression testing.\n\nTest existing and newly developed features across multiple applications.\n\nIdentify, document and track software defects through the project management system.\n\nCreate and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test scenarios.\n\nConduct API testing using tools such as Postman.\n\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts where appropriate.\n\nContribute to continuous improvements in QA processes and testing practices.\n\nPerson Specification\nEssential Skills & Experience\nMinimum 3 years' commercial experience in a QA or Software Testing role.\n\nSolid understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n\nExperience with functional, integration, exploratory and regression testing.\n\nHands-on experience testing REST APIs using Postman.\n\nGood knowledge of SQL, including writing queries using SELECT and JOIN.\n\nExperience working with NoSQL databases.\n\nStrong understanding of HTTP requests and responses, including methods, headers, status codes and response bodies.\n\nExperience creating and maintaining test documentation.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an Agile team.\n\nDesirable Skills\nExperience writing and maintaining automated tests.\n\nExperience testing gaming applications or projects.\n\nKnowledge of testing web and mobile applications.\n\nUnderstanding and practical application of test design
