In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our R&D department, which consists of 30 employees.\nWhat You Will Do\nConducting performance reviews and supporting performance management processes\nParticipating in and driving Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives for employees\nManaging the onboarding process to ensure smooth employee integration\nConducting regular one-on-one (1:1) meetings with employees\nManaging the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation\nPreparing and analyzing HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, hiring data)\nCoordinating the recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers and recruiter\nHandling employee relations and resolving workplace issues\nDeveloping and updating HR policies and procedures\nOffice administration: organizing the smooth operation of the office, coordinating administrative processes, maintaining documentation, purchasing office supplies, and ensuring comfortable working conditions for the team.\nWhat We Offer\n21 days of paid leave per year\n7 days of sick leave annually\nHealth insurance\nEnglish-speaking clubs\nCorporate events and team-building activities\nLong-term cooperation\nAnnual performance review\nAll necessary technical equipment provided\nHybrid work format: 4 days in the office, 1 day fully remote\nRequirements\nAt least 1,5 years of experience in an HR / Recruitment role within a company\n Upper-Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)\nExcellent administrative and organizational skills\nExperience conducting terminations, hearings, and managing HR documentation\nComfortable working with data and HR systems (data-driven mindset)\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to manage budgets and prepare detailed HR reports\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (nice to have)\n Location -
