18 Years\n\nNotice Period : Immediate Joiners / Candidates with notice period up to September end preferred\n\nAbout the Role : \n\nWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager - Java to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performance technology solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, System Architecture, System Design, Distributed Systems, and engineering leadership, with a proven track record of building scalable enterprise-grade applications and leading technically strong engineering teams.\n\nThis role requires a hands-on technology leader who can work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders while driving technical excellence, architecture decisions, and successful delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Drive the architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable and highly available systems.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across Java-based applications, distributed systems, microservices, and backend platforms.\n\n- Define and review system architecture, technical designs, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Own key technical decisions related to scalability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.\n\n- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\n\n- Conduct and participate in architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering standards.\n\n- Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization and proactively address them.\n\n- Drive engineering processes around development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.\n\n- Build and maintain a strong engineering team through mentoring, performance management, and talent development.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to the organization's technology ecosystem.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 14 -
