We are supporting them in hiring an experienced professional to join their Sofia team as a:


SCRUM MASTER


In this role, key responsibilities include implementation of Agile principles across the organization, focusing on team development, process optimization, and building a sustainable Agile culture.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within a FinTech or IT environment;
• University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or another relevant economic or IT-related field;
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies;
• Experience with at least one of these tools: Jira, Confluence, or/and ServiceNow;
• Relevant certifications such as CSM, A-CSM, PSM®, etc. are considered an advantage but are not mandatory;
• Very good command of English (B2 level or higher).
