You’ll work closely with Venture Architects, clients, and users to turn bold ideas into real, testable, beautiful experiences.\nWhat You’ll Do\nConcept & Venture Creation\nIdeate and develop venture concepts with our Venture Architects.\n\nShape early-stage brand identities and visual styles.\n\nBuild rapid prototypes and landing pages to bring concepts to life.\n\nStorytelling, Pitches & Creative Assets\nEnhance storylines for pitch decks, keynotes, and presentations.\n\nCreate effective social media campaigns and creative initiatives.\n\nSupport the creation of design articles for 10,000+ industry experts.\n\nTesting, Feedback & Client Collaboration\nTest prototypes with real users using service design methodologies.\n\nPresent concepts in client meetings and gather feedback.\n\nSupport and evolve our internal design methodology.\n\nTeam & Ownership\nJoin the Design Chapter - a team of 5 talented designers and prototypers.\n\nTake full design ownership within one of our venture-building hubs.\n\nRequirements\nWho You Are\n2-5 years as a Product, UX/UI, Service, or Innovation Designer.\n\nConceptual thinker with a strong instinct for product design.\n\nPassionate about crisp interfaces, strong visuals, and great craft.\n\nFast and hands-on with a rapid-prototyping mindset.\n\nObsessed with innovation, trends, and new design tools.\n\nA great communicator and true team player.\n\nOpen to giving and receiving constructive feedback.\n\nFamiliar with startup methodologies (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Growth Hacking).\n\nFluent in English and based anywhere on planet Earth (Europe = bonus).\n\nPortfolio required -
