The future of learning is human.\n\nCorporate Soft Skills & Leadership Trainer Overview\nBundle soft skills trainers are highly qualified with a minimum of 3 years' training experience in combination with professional leadership experience, training, and degrees. Bundle trainers provide our learners with personalized support based on the learners’ needs in their professional soft skills and leadership development. A successful candidate will have a background developing soft skills in others and/or roles where they planned and facilitated professional development for a team or company. Ideal candidates will also have leadership experience or leadership training experience\n\nBundle's soft skills trainers lead sessions on topics that include, but are not limited to, effective communication, building strong team dynamics, conflict resolution, managing change, time management, fostering collaboration, and motivating people for performance. Our sessions develop these skills in our learners and help them develop them in their team members and direct reports.\n\nMore specifically, you will:\nUtilize the lesson plans and resources provided by Bundle in all sessions. \n\nConduct virtual sessions over a video conferencing call. \n\nMaintain at least 10 hours of availability each week in the Bundle platform. \n\nBuild excellent rapport with the learner and drive the conversation forward. \n\nKeep learners engaged throughout the duration of the Bundle session. \n\nCheck-in with the learner throughout the lesson to ensure fun and enrichment. \n\nEffectively manage the time and pace of the session to complete it in a timely manner. \n\nTroubleshoot technical issues with the learner as needed. \n\nProvide feedback to the Bundle Team after each Bundle session. \n\nMaintain excellent communication with the Bundle Team. \n\nFollow the Trainer Handbook and your Trainer contract. \n\nWe want to make sure you have the best candidate experience possible and feel it's important that you also know what this position is not. Bundle Trainers are not:\ntechnical or healthcare trainers\n\nfitness trainers\n\nworking with youth or adolescents (Including K-12 educators)\n\nprofessional or career coaches\n\ninstructional designers\n\ncurriculum developers\n\nproviding asynchronous learning experiences\n\nTrainer Musts: (Only applicants with all of these attributes will be considered)\nAt least 3 years training experience with adult learners\n\nAt least 5 years' experience developing adults both professional and personally \n\nA college degree, plus certifications or significant training related to professional and personal development or leadership development\n\nExperience managing or supervising other employees is highly preferred\n\nLeadership experience in an organization and/or leadership training experience highly preferred\n\nMust be a resident of the United States with a US social security number\n\nAt least 10 hours of availability each week \n\nAbility to meet learners at their level and relate material to learners’ real lives \n\nStrong time management skills \n\nBuild and maintain subject expertise \n\nAbility to influence others \n\nAbility to ask thought-provoking questions and stimulate discussion \n\nEmpathy & rapport building \n\nAbility to be sensitive and inclusive with diverse learners \n\nClear and engaging instructional style \n\nAccess to a functioning laptop or desktop computer with a camera, highspeed internet, and the most updated web browsers \n\nExperience with video conference calling, screen shares, launching videos, hyperlinks, and slideshow presentations \n\nFluent in English \n\nPass a background check\n\nEligible to work in the United States with a US bank account\n\n18 years of age or older \n\nBundle prides itself on creating robust lesson plans with all necessary resources, so our trainers have the least amount of administrative time and can focus on what they do best - train. Bundle sessions are 1:1 and range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes in length. All Bundle sessions are held virtually on Zoom.\n\nTrainers are compensated on a per session basis. In addition, our trainers don't create their own lesson plans or pull their own resources resulting in very low administrative time. This combined with our regular competitor analysis and review of industry standards ensures our pay rates are above average. \n\nThe Bundle trainer role is most suitable for those who are looking for extra income or an opportunity to contribute.
