You will act as a key control point ensuring that contractual agreements are correctly reflected and aligned with pricing invoicing and related activities in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.\n\nThis role is focused on contract accuracy compliance and validation while working in close coordination and alignment with commodity trade execution.\nWhat you will do\nReview and validate commodity purchase and sales confirmations entered by traders into SAP.\nEnsure all contracts accurately reflect agreed commercial terms and contain complete and correct clauses.\nValidate contract pricing against agreed terms in close collaboration with trading and finance teams.\nWork closely with finance to verify invoicing accuracy and ensure alignment with contract conditions.\nEnsure consistency between contracts pricing data and supporting financial and operational documentation.\nReview contracts with field offices brokers and third-party counterparties.\nGenerate and validate third-party sales contracts in internal systems.\nConfirm contracts with external counterparties in a timely and professional manner.\nMonitor contract status in SAP and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain and apply business rules governing contract structures and clauses.\nAct as a key control point ensuring downstream activities remain aligned with contractual agreements.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.\nSupport knowledge sharing and onboarding within the team.\nWhat you bring\nRequired\nMinimum 34 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role within a commercial finance or supply chain environment.\nBachelors degree in Finance Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.\nStrong understanding of contract lifecycle management with exposure to pricing and invoicing processes.\nExperience working with SAP (or similar ERP systems) strongly preferred and highly beneficial given system complexity.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail with a structured way of working.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile and validate complex data.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.\nFluency in English (written and spoken) is required.\n\nPreferred\nKnowledge of FOSFA and/or GAFTA contracts.\nGeneral knowledge of Incoterms is considered a plus.\nExperience inagricultural commodities trading or supply chain environments.\nExperience working in aninternational or multicultural organization.\nHow youll collaborate\nAct as a proactive intermediary between trading finance operations and legal teams.\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport the resolution of contract-related pricing and invoicing queries.\nEnsure contracts are accurate complete and aligned across all involved functions.\nWhy join Bunge in Egypt\nJoin a global leader in agribusiness and commodity trading.\nBe part of a dynamic and growing market within the Middle East & North Africa region.\nWork in an international environment with exposure to global trade flows.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience and impact.\nOpportunities for career growth and internal mobility across Bunges global network.\nA culture that values ownership collaboration and continuous improvement.\n\nInterested\nClick theApply button and lets look forward to hearing from you.\n#LI-MD1\nAt Bunge (NYSE: BG) our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food feed and fuel to the world.
