Our services and treatments are available to everyone - not just those with health insurance.\nWe are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure all administrative and receptionist activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our centre and plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a key support network, ensuring that every interaction with our customers, both adults and children, is special and memorable. Your commitment to outstanding service will help create positive experiences for everyone who visits us.\nYou’ll help us make health happen by:\nGreeting and welcoming customers in addition to supporting the customer journey throughout the centre right through to a thorough checkout\n\nAnswering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing local mailbox and emails\n\nProactive in maintaining a well presented reception and waiting areas\n\nEnsuring customer reports are dispatched from centres within the desired time frame. This includes effective management of abnormal results\n\nEnsure all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit - appointment packs (where applicable), clinical file preparation and consent forms\n\nEnsure all customer details are correct, customers are arrived, appointments booked, changed, and rescheduled on EXACT/BOSS/Meddbase. Process of payments, invoices, added charges and credit notes upon customer departure\n\nOrganise self to ensure a quick turnaround of documents, working in date order and prioritising to meet deadlines\n\nPost - collect, open, date stamp, distribute incoming post, and post outgoing post.\n\nGenerate letters as required by the business.\n\nMonitor stocks and order goods when required.\n\nProcess invoices/delivery notes as per Bupa policy\n\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:\nExcellent communication (Written and Verbal)\n\nStrong IT skills\n\nExperience with Meddbase desirable but not essential\n\nDeliver an outstanding Customer Service each and every time\n\nGood knowledge of excel and word\n\nWell organised, reliable and have a proactive attitude\n\nKnowledge of Medical Terminology (desirable)\n\nBenefits:\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
