Assistant Manager, Policy Admin - Individual

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the efficient operation of the policy administration function, maximising customer service levels.
• Devises & implements efficient policy administration procedures and workflow.
• Set put standard operation procedure manual and worksheet to outsourcing partners.
• Keep updated procedure manuals and worksheet.
• Investigation cause of defects and errors that occurred during the processing
• Suggesting improvement to outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to prevent mistakes.
• Ensure staff can work confidently with the new process by providing training and collecting feedback.
• Positive communication with staff and other stakeholders.
• Seeking to improve our risk position, enhance our control environment and promote a risk aware culture in compliance angle.
• Inspecting output quality to make sure process runs smoothly.
• Contribute to specification and development of IT systems to enhance efficiency and quality of services
• Work closely with project team as to ensure the project and UAT is in line with the timescales and objectives
• Arranging regular meeting and taking minutes

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• With 5 years relevant experience in a policy administration in insurance company (including 2 years supervisory experience)
• Experience in system testing and project involvement
• Good communication, fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
• Good awareness of risk control and can work independent
• Good attitude and telephone manner
• Good time management
• Able to work under pressure
• Accountable
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
