We provide customers who want premium international coverage with products and services to access the healthcare they need anytime, around the world, whether at home or when studying, living, travelling or working abroad.\nBupa Global has offices around the world including London and Brighton (UK), Dublin (Europe), Miami (USA), Dubai (UAE, in partnership with OIC), Egypt and Hong Kong (China) as well as regional offices in mainland China, Singapore, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Panama, Guatemala and Ecuador.\nHow you’ll help us make health happen\nTo manage group quotation requests from our existing brokers/IFAs and independent agents in Singapore\nTo support the Head of Corporate with group quote requests and product training to brokers\nDeliver presentations on our products, proposition, and core values\nManage and grow SME pipeline\nRegularly update Sales Force with SME/Corporate pipeline and create good reporting to show real time progress\nSupport broker related events and campaigns (secondary)\nAccurately maintaining and updating customer records on the customer management system to ensure high sales conversion.\nComplying with all regulatory and governance requirements including MAS and FCA and Treating Customers Fairly\nAchieving targets for sales, productivity, and quality\nParticipate in regular 121s and team meetings with your Manager\nSupport new team members and being a role model for the team demonstrating outstanding personal behaviors and performance.\nContribute to the continuous improvement process by developing new business ideas, able to work between different internal teams/divisions, and making a contribution to focus groups\nBeing the brand representative of Bupa Global - maintaining an exceptional level of integrity and service at all times.\nMaintaining contact with, updating, and supporting, the new business team to maintain high confidence in role capabilities.\nAct as a pioneer in undertaking a new role being open to new ways of working for the continuous improvement of generating business.\nKey Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:\nProven sales experience within insurance (IPMI is a plus), financial services, banking, or wealth management, ideally with exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) client segments.\nDemonstrated track record of growing intermediary-led sales and consistently delivering against new business targets and KPIs.\nExperience working with insurance brokers or third-party distribution partners; an established broker network in Singapore is a strong advantage.\nSolid understanding of the Singapore insurance market and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.\nStrong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels within intermediary organisations.\nCommercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess business potential, and convert strategy into execution.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering broker training and sales enablement sessions.\nWhy Bupa?\nWe’re a health insurer and provider.
