You will ensure clinical care is delivered to an outstanding standard while playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the business through growth, innovation, service development, and delivery of Bupa's Connected Care strategy.\nThis is a unique opportunity to lead one of London's leading independent healthcare centres, working alongside renowned consultants and senior leaders to deliver exceptional patient-centred care and commercial success.\nHow you’ll help us make health happen\nLead all operational and clinical activities across the centre, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and service.\nDrive financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and service development across all business areas.\nIdentify and deliver new business opportunities, supporting consultant growth, expanding services, and increasing revenue.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, supporting practice growth, referral generation, and the introduction of new services.\nLead the centre through ongoing transformation, driving improvements in patient experience, operational performance, service delivery, and long-term commercial success.\nDrive exceptional patient experience, using customer feedback, quality metrics, and service data to continuously improve outcomes and satisfaction.\nOversee property and estates management, ensuring a world-class environment for patients, consultants, and colleagues.\nChampion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and change management.\nAct as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, governance, and quality requirements.\nCollaborate with the wider Health Services leadership team to deliver Bupa's Connected Care strategy.\nLead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, embedding a high-performance culture and strong employee engagement.\nKey Skills / Qualifications\nEducated to degree level (or equivalent), with formal leadership training.\nProven experience leading outpatient, diagnostic, or ambulatory healthcare services.\nPrevious leadership experience within the independent healthcare sector.\nStrong financial, operational, and commercial management experience within a complex healthcare environment.\nDemonstrable experience managing consultant relationships and supporting practice growth.\nProven ability to lead organisational change, service transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nCommercially astute, with a track record of delivering business growth and innovation.\nKnowledge of regulatory frameworks including CQC, IR(ME)R, and GPhC.\nundefined\nundefined\nMaster's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA), or similar.\nClinical background.\nAcute healthcare experience.\nExperience within a consultant-led independent healthcare organisation.\nExperience operating within Central London healthcare markets.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
