Our ‘Stepping Stones’ programme and exclusive Career Academy rewards those who bring their sales experience teamed with a passion for great customer service.\nHow you’ll help us make health happen:\nTaking inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment\n\nWorking with multiple systems and adhering to regulatory requirements\n\nEnsuring each customer has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the last\n\nTake ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution\n\nDiagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques\n\nIntroducing our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers.\n\nAccurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded.\n\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:\nPrevious sales /contact centre experience is highly preferred.\n\nStrong PC skills the aptitude to adapt to new systems.\n\nGreat interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others\n\nThe ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner\n\nAn enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals\n\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
