As a Corporate Account Manager, you'll work closely with clients, internal teams and key stakeholders to strengthen partnerships, support retention, and help drive sustainable growth across our international corporate portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Corporate Account Manager, you'll:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.\nLead client renewal discussions and help secure successful outcomes for both clients and Bupa.\nDevelop account plans that support client needs, retention and growth opportunities.\nProvide clients with insights on benefits, claims trends, product developments and market changes.\nWork closely with colleagues across pricing, marketing and operational teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.\nPrepare and present account reviews, performance reports and client presentations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the client experience.\nSupport sales and retention objectives through proactive account management.\nMonitor account performance and recommend solutions that create value for clients and the business.\nStay informed about industry, market and regulatory developments that could affect corporate customers.\nRepresent Bupa professionally in all client interactions and meetings.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.\nYou'll ideally have:\nExperience in account management, client relationship management or corporate customer management.\nExperience within health insurance, financial services, banking, wealth management or a related industry.\nA proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets and customer outcomes.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with a range of stakeholders.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nGood analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data.\nExperience supporting business improvement initiatives or project-based work.\nAn understanding of risk management and commercial decision-making.\nA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across different teams.\nWhy Bupa\nWe're a health insurer and provider.
