Our care homes are dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.\nYou’ll help us make health happen by:\nAs a Customer Support Assistant, you will deliver a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house service and maintain the highest standards of administration for the Care Home, using the correct systems and ways of working.\nThis role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and effective support to the Home Manager and wider team\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:\nExperience in providing excellent customer service in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.\nExperience of payroll administration and processing employee related information\nExperience of administrative procedures and processes\nProven experience of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel and outlook)\nAbility to build and maintain relationships\nStrong interpersonal skills and to be able to communicate with people of all levels both internally and externally, both by telephone and in writing\nAttention to detail\nFlexibility and proven ability to work on own initiative\nDedicated, efficient and can manage a varied workload whilst working to tight deadlines \nStrong communication skills with excellent telephone manner, always remaining courteous.\nAbility to manage own time, prioritising and organising work appropriately.\nThis role may require weekend working\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
