  • A strong understanding of creative workflows, including briefing, creative development, design, copy, artwork and production delivery.
  • Experience partnering with creative leaders and balancing business demand against available creative resource.
  • The ability to provide operational structure, governance and prioritisation while creating an environment where creative teams can thrive.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using workflow and project management tools such as Asana.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems, improving ways of working and driving operational effectiveness.

What you will bring:

· Experience leading delivery, project management, studio operations or resource management teams.

· Previous people management experience, including leading and developing delivery professionals.

· Strong capacity planning, resource allocation and workload management expertise.

· Experience overseeing multiple concurrent creative or marketing projects.

· The ability to work closely with creatives while providing operational structure and governance.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Asana.
