Working closely with Creative Leads, you'll balance workloads, manage capacity, optimise delivery processes and provide strategic oversight across the studio.\nWe're looking for someone who understands the realities of delivering creative work within an agency or in-house studio environment. This role is as much about enabling creative teams to do their best work as it is about planning, prioritisation and operational excellence.\nWhat you'll be doing\nSignificant experience leading delivery, project management, studio operations, traffic or resource management teams within a creative agency, production agency or in-house creative studio.\nPrevious people management experience, including leading and developing delivery professionals.\nStrong capacity planning, resource allocation and workload management expertise across creative teams.\nExperience overseeing multiple concurrent creative, design, content, campaign and production workstreams.\nA strong understanding of creative workflows, including briefing, creative development, design, copy, artwork and production delivery.\nExperience partnering with creative leaders and balancing business demand against available creative resource.\nThe ability to provide operational structure, governance and prioritisation while creating an environment where creative teams can thrive.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience using workflow and project management tools such as Asana.\nA proactive approach to solving problems, improving ways of working and driving operational effectiveness.\n\nWhat you will bring:\n· Experience leading delivery, project management, studio operations or resource management teams.\n· Previous people management experience, including leading and developing delivery professionals.\n· Strong capacity planning, resource allocation and workload management expertise.\n· Experience overseeing multiple concurrent creative or marketing projects.\n· The ability to work closely with creatives while providing operational structure and governance.\n· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n· Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Asana.\n· A proactive approach to solving problems and improving ways of working.\nEssential:\nExperience working within a creative agency, production agency or in-house creative studio environment.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
