Based within our Marketing and Digital Team, you'll create impactful digital content across email, web and digital channels that supports customer engagement, brand growth and business performance.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative design team where creativity, customer experience and innovation are at the heart of what we do. You'll work with colleagues across global markets, helping to deliver a consistent brand experience while adapting content to meet local needs. If you're passionate about digital design, accessibility and creating customer-focused solutions, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Digital Designer, you'll:\nCreate high-quality digital content across email marketing, website landing pages, digital banners and social media channels.\nSupport the delivery of creative digital campaigns and business-as-usual content that helps drive customer engagement, growth and retention.\nWork closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and provide creative input and recommendations.\nUse customer insights, data and analytics to inform design decisions and improve digital performance.\nChampion best practice in user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design and accessibility.\nHelp maintain and protect Bupa's brand standards, making sure all digital content aligns with brand and regulatory requirements.\nResearch new technologies, tools and design trends to bring fresh thinking and continuous improvement to the team.\nSupport process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality and the overall customer experience.\nContribute to onboarding and sharing knowledge with new team members when needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a talented Digital Designer who combines strong creative skills with a customer-focused mindset.\nYou'll have:\nA degree, qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant design discipline.\nSubstantial experience in a digital design role, either in-house or within an agency environment.\nStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.\nStrong experience using Figma.\nA good understanding of typography, colour, layout, photography and visual storytelling.\nExperience creating digital assets for email, web landing pages, HTML5 banners and social media.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to agreed deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.\nConfidence building positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams.\nA proactive approach, curiosity to keep learning and a passion for creating great digital experiences.\nIt would be beneficial if you also have working knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with experience interpreting detailed creative briefs and brand guidelines.\nWhy Bupa?\nBupa Global is the international health insurance division of Bupa.
