You'll play a key role in defining, launching and improving digital products that make it easier for customers to access the services and support they need. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll turn customer insight, data and research into digital experiences that improve customer satisfaction, increase digital adoption and deliver meaningful business results.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of our digital transformation journey, working with modern technologies, talented teams and a shared commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Digital Product Manager, you'll:\nDevelop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy aligned to business goals.\nCreate, manage and communicate a product roadmap that balances customer needs and commercial priorities.\nPut customers at the centre of decision-making by using research, testing and feedback to shape product improvements.\nMap customer journeys and translate requirements into prioritised user stories and product backlogs.\nWork closely with agile delivery teams to bring new features and improvements to life.\nUse analytics and performance data to measure success and identify opportunities for further improvement.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and gain agreement on product priorities.\nManage budgets across business-as-usual activity and project initiatives.\nShare product successes, insights and outcomes with colleagues across the organisation.\nContribute to digital communities and champion best practice in digital product management.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who combines customer focus, commercial awareness and digital expertise.\nYou'll ideally have:\nProven experience in a Digital Product Manager or similar product management role.\nStrong understanding of digital products, web technologies and emerging digital trends.\nExperience working within agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.\nExperience shaping digital portfolios, developing channel strategies and supporting digital transformation programmes.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.\nConfidence using data and customer insight to make informed decisions.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.\nExperience managing budgets and forecasts.\nDegree-level education in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.\nExperience working in a global organisation would be beneficial.\nWhy Bupa?\nBupa Global is the international health insurance division of Bupa.
