You’ll take ownership of a key area within our digital health portfolio and lead a cross-functional squad from discovery through to delivery.\nPartnering with Design, Engineering and colleagues across Bupa, you’ll turn customer insight, data and strategic priorities into simple, valuable digital experiences. This is an opportunity to influence direction, see the impact of your decisions and help shape the future of healthcare.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the product vision, roadmap, backlog and priorities, balancing customer needs with business outcomes.\nLead product discovery to uncover customer problems, test assumptions and identify valuable opportunities.\nBring Design and Engineering together around clear outcomes, understanding technical options, data flows and enterprise dependencies.\nUse customer insight, product data and experimentation to make evidence-led decisions.\nBuild trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at every level.\nTrack product performance and continuously improve customer journeys.\nCollaborate across product teams to create seamless, joined-up experiences.\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience managing digital products across discovery and delivery, with clear evidence of customer and business impact.\nConfidence using product and collaboration tools-such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro or Figma-to support discovery and delivery.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to create alignment around priorities.\nA customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity about the problems people need us to solve.\nA good grasp of engineering terminology, data flows and how enterprise capabilities and dependencies shape product solutions.\nThe ability to use data, insight and experimentation to prioritise and make decisions.\nPractical experience of product discovery and customer journey mapping.\nComfort navigating ambiguity and turning complex challenges into clear, achievable actions.\nA collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to build products that improve people’s lives.\nWe know great candidates do not always meet every requirement.
