This role requires strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD implementation, observability, and operational excellence.\n\nResponsibilities: \nBuild, lead, and mentor high-performing DevOps and cloud engineering teams.\nDrive enterprise-wide DevOps transformation initiatives.\nDesign and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tools.\nLead cloud infrastructure initiatives on Microsoft Azure.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.\nImprove SDLC processes through automation, shift-left practices, and deployment optimization.\nDrive observability, monitoring, reliability engineering, and operational excellence.\nCollaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams.\nImprove deployment frequency, lead time, platform stability, and incident management processes.\nEstablish engineering best practices, governance, and delivery standards.\n\nRequirements: \n10+ years of overall experience in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering.\n3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.\nProven experience working in large enterprise environments.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nMandatory Skills: \nStrong enterprise-level experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering.\nHands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure (Mandatory).\nStrong experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions (Mandatory).\nExpertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and release automation.\nExperience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.\nStrong understanding of observability, monitoring, and SRE practices.\nExperience driving modern SDLC and Agile engineering practices.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management experience.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience managing large engineering teams.\nExperience in platform engineering and cloud operations.\nExposure to security, compliance, and governance practices.\nExperience in enterprise transformation programs.\nSkills\nAzure, CI/CD,
