As a Finance Operations Reporting & MI Analyst,you'llplay a key role in transforming operational finance data into meaningful business intelligence that supports senior leaders across the organisation.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded MI professional who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insight.You'llhave the chance to influence how Finance Operations measures performance,identifyopportunities for improvement, and build reporting solutions that directly support business outcomes.\nWhatyou'llbe doing\nYou'll become the reporting expert within Finance Operations, owning and enhancing the reporting suite used by stakeholders across the business.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDeveloping and enhancing Power BI dashboards thatprovidemeaningful insights into Finance Operations performance\n\nProducing impactful monthly reporting packs for audiences ranging from operational leaders to Executive Committee members\n\nAnalysing trends in collections, debt, liabilities, cashflowand operational performance\n\nWorking with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective MI solutions\n\nUsing PL/SQL to investigate data queries,validatereporting outputs and support project work\n\nDelivering ad hoc analysis that supports business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nMaintaining and optimising existing reporting solutions as business requirements evolve\n\nWhatwe'relooking for\nWe'relooking for someone who combines strong technical MI skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.\nYou'llbring:\nStrong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and report automation\n\nExperience working with finance, operational or performance reporting data\n\nWorking knowledge of PL/SQL or SQL, with the ability to interrogate and investigate data\n\nStrong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting techniques\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior leadership teams\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\n\nPreviousexperience in a Finance Operations, FinanceMIor Finance Change environment\n\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
