Our Finance teams play a vital role in helping leaders make informed decisions that support customers, colleagues and the long-term success of the business.\nAs our FP&A Manager, you'll be at the centre of that work. Supporting executive and finance leadership teams, you'll provide insight into the cost of running key business functions and help shape the financial decisions that support Bupa's future growth.\nThis role offers excellent exposure across the business, with responsibility for analysing and reporting on a functional and central cost base of around £300m. You'll lead reporting improvements, drive automation, support strategic planning and develop meaningful financial insight that helps leaders make better decisions. Alongside this, you'll lead and develop a small team, helping create a high-performing and collaborative culture\nHow you’ll help us make health happen\nAs our FP&A Manager, you'll:\nProvide financial insight and analysis across Bupa's functional and central cost base.\nDeliver reporting and analysis on costs, trends, performance measures and total cost of ownership.\nLead the continuous improvement and automation of management reporting, reducing manual processes and improving self-service reporting capabilities.\nManage service fee and recharge reporting, ensuring methodologies are applied consistently and clearly communicated.\nSupport forecasting, planning and budgeting activities in line with business requirements and timelines.\nWork closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders across the organisation.\nCollaborate with reporting, controls and finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information.\nSupport the delivery of annual and three-year planning processes.\nMaintain oversight of service fee and recharge-related risks, controls and process documentation.\nAct as a subject matter expert for Oracle planning and forecasting processes.\nLead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, supporting capability building and succession planning.\nDeliver training and guidance to cost centre managers on financial processes, policies and responsibilities.\nMonitor compliance with internal financial and procurement policies and provide clear reporting on outcomes\nKey Skills/Qualifications needed for this role\nWe're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement and people leadership.\nQualified Accountant is essential - please list your qualification on your application\nPrevious experience within a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) environment is required\nExperience delivering regular and ad hoc reporting for senior or executive stakeholders.\nStrong management accounting and cost analysis experience.\nExperience working within regulated industries, financial services or healthcare would be beneficial.\nStrong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience improving processes through automation and technology.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nProven people management experience, with the ability to coach and develop others.\nA proactive, solution-focused and adaptable approach.\nExperience using Oracle or similar enterprise finance systems.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
