AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI adoption by identifying innovation opportunities and enabling engineering excellence.\nDefine the organisation's technology vision, engineering roadmap, architecture standards, and best practices.\nCollaborate closely with executive leadership and global stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives.\nEstablish operational excellence through observability, monitoring, performance engineering, and platform reliability.\n\nRequirements: \nDemonstrated experience managing and scaling engineering organisations of 400+ professionals.\nProven ability to build high-performing engineering teams and develop organisational capabilities from the ground up.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working across global teams.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation, innovation, and engineering excellence.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
