You'll play a key role in shaping and enhancing healthcare pathways, delivering innovative solutions, and driving meaningful change that helps our customers live longer, healthier, happier lives.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLeading projects that improve healthcare access, customer experience and clinical outcomes.\nManaging and enhancing existing healthcare services, pathways and initiatives.\nDesigning, developing and implementing new healthcare solutions across multiple customer channels.\nWorking alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver business-critical projects.\nUsing data and insight to identify opportunities and support decision-making.\nDriving continuous improvement and ensuring new processes are successfully embedded.\nManaging project plans, milestones, risks and key performance indicators.\nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders.\nSupporting governance activities and presenting updates to leadership teams.\nChampioning collaboration and contributing to a high-performing team culture.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience leading projects that deliver measurable customer and business improvements.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nStrong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.\nExperience working in complex environments with changing priorities.\nAbility to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nA proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.\nExperience delivering change programmes from concept through to implementation.\nSkills & Experience\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nExperience using Power BI and Tableau.\nStrong data analysis and interpretation capability.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and digital transformation programmes.\nExperience delivering projects within tight timescales.\nProven track record of working across multiple teams to drive successful outcomes.\nExperience defining analysis requirements and translating insight into action.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
