The purpose built home in Tunbridge Wells offers short stays too (including palliative care), to help both carers and their loved ones at times when they need a break or a little extra support.\nAll bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer en suite facilities, while some come with patio doors providing direct garden access. It also has a suite suitable for couples.\nThe home has its own café as well as lounges and private dining areas for family and friends to come and enjoy when visiting their loved ones or celebrating a birthday or anniversary together.\nSituated in Southborough, the home is a few minutes from all its amenities - shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, and has good transport and road links.\nWe take great care to focus on the person. Its important for residents to feel at home, so it creates a friendly environment with an individually appropriate balance of care and independence.\nEnjoying food is an important part of life. The chefs create well-crafted menus made with the freshest ingredients and try to cater for all ethnicity groups. Our care home is a place where every detail counts, and our team work together to ensure our residents feel right at home.\nYou’ll help us make health happen by:\nYou’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other housekeeping and maintenance staff\nAlways ensuring our residents are kept happy, you will vacuum, mop floors, polish and generally ensure the up-keep of all communal areas and our resident’s bedrooms\nYou’ll maintain housekeeping stocks for day to day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as you go\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:\nYou take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment.
