This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of Bupa's most important corporate publications, our 2026 Annual Report & Accounts.\nThe Annual Report tells the story of how we're progressing against our strategy, transforming our business to become even more customer-focused, and delivering strong financial performance. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of the report, working with teams from across the business and partnering with our external design agency to bring the publication to life.\nIf you're an organised project manager who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs our Project Manager - Annual Report, you'll:\nOwn and manage the master project plan from kick-off through to publication.\nCreate and track timelines, milestones, dependencies and key delivery dates.\nIdentify risks early and take action to keep the project on track.\nMake sure the Annual Report is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.\nAct as the main day-to-day contact for our design agency, Radley Yeldar.\nManage agency deliverables, schedules, costs and performance.\nCoordinate review and approval cycles, making sure feedback is clear and submitted on time.\nWork with content owners across the business to provide clarity on requirements, deadlines and next steps.\nBuild strong working relationships that help maintain momentum and accountability.\nOversee production activities including content flow, design development, proofing and final sign-off.\nCoordinate accessibility, regulatory and compliance requirements.\nSupport both digital and print publication processes.\nProvide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, trackers and decision logs.\nManage verification and attestation processes with content contributors.\nCapture lessons learned and recommendations to support future reporting cycles.\nProvide additional support on wider corporate communications projects where needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nTo be successful as our Project Manager - Annual Report, you'll bring:\nEssential\nProven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and challenging deadlines.\nStrong end-to-end project management experience.\nExperience managing external agencies and supplier relationships.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience managing several workstreams at the same time.\nConfidence working with senior leaders and influencing outcomes.\nThe ability to stay calm, focused and solutions-oriented under pressure.\nDesirable\nExperience delivering Annual Reports or similar regulated publications.\nA background in corporate communications, publishing or brand communications.\nKnowledge of accessibility, compliance or reporting requirements.\nExperience managing budgets and suppliers.\nPersonal qualities\nCollaborative and approachable.\nProactive and accountable.\nClear and structured in your communication.\nComfortable challenging constructively to help achieve the best outcomes.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
