At Richmond Villages, we create friendly, welcoming communities where residents can enjoy their independence, feel part of village life and experience great hospitality every day.\nAre you a passionate and driven hospitality leader looking for your next challenge?\nAt Richmond Village Wood Norton, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences within a warm, community-focused environment - and we’re now looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front of house team.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to lead a thriving hospitality operation, where quality, service, and resident experience are at the heart of everything we do.\nIf you’re ready to lead a team, make an impact, and be part of something special - we’d love to hear from you!\nYou’ll help us make health happen by:\nManaging and optimising staff rotas, always ensuring effective cover while working within agreed budgets\nLeading, recruiting, and developing a high-performing front of house team, maintaining Richmond Villages’ high standards\nOverseeing all daily restaurant operations, delivering an exceptional experience across dining, bar, and room service\nPlanning and delivering events and functions, maximising the use of village spaces to drive engagement and revenue\nBuilding relationships with local businesses and organisations to increase external bookings and revenue opportunities\nWorking collaboratively with marketing to promote events, functions, and dining experiences\nWorking closely with the kitchen and wider teams to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest & resident experience\nManaging dietary, allergen, and alternative meal requirements safely and effectively\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:\nYou’ll have experience of leading or supervising a team in a hospitality or catering environment, you are self-motivated and a great communicator, you’ll develop relationships with our residents, always using a person-centred approach. Organised and flexible with a professional attitude, you’re a great team player but can also work under your own initiative. Always leading by example, you know the importance of creating and delivering an excellent hospitality experience.\nBecause we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
