This role is responsible for establishing automation-first testing strategies, ensuring appropriate quality controls across the delivery lifecycle, and enabling the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and business-critical Salesforce solutions.\nHow you’ll help us make health happen\nLead testing and Quality Engineering across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and custom Salesforce applications\nProvide quality assurance across Salesforce configuration changes, LWC, Apex, flows, workflows, triggers and integrations\nValidate complex end-to-end Salesforce business processes across multiple systems and services\nTest REST/SOAP APIs and integrations between Salesforce and downstream/upstream enterprise platforms\nValidate Salesforce data, business rules, permissions, profiles, roles and security configurations\nSupport quality assurance for Salesforce data migrations and transformation activities.\nEnsure appropriate regression coverage is maintained as the Salesforce platform evolves.\nIdentify quality and release risks early and work collaboratively with engineering teams to resolve them\nDesign scalable and maintainable automation frameworks\nProvide technical leadership to Quality Engineers working across Salesforce.\nMentor and coach engineers in Salesforce testing, automation and Quality Engineering practices\nWhat you’ll bring:\nSalesforce Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms within complex enterprise environments.\nExperience testing one or more of: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.\nExperience validating: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, Integrations & security model.\nExperience testing Salesforce releases, deployments, and environment management processes\nExperience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation, including significant experience working with Salesforce platforms.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
