Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / SDLC Platform Engineer with deep expertise in GitHub Enterprise and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing enterprise SDLC platforms, driving CI/CD automation, implementing DevSecOps practices, and enabling seamless software delivery across engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage GitHub Enterprise environments, repositories, teams, permissions, and governance policies.
• Design, develop, and optimise GitHub Actions workflows for enterprise-scale CI/CD implementations.
• Implement reusable workflows, shared actions, and automation frameworks to improve developer productivity.
• Build and maintain self-hosted GitHub runners and integrate them with Kubernetes-based environments.
• Design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimisation.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Implement DevSecOps controls, including code scanning, secret scanning, dependency management, and compliance automation.
• Manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development, security, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD, cloud, and SDLC platform-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for developer experience and platform engineering.

• GitHub Ecosystem: GitHub Enterprise Administration, GitHub Actions, GitHub Repository Management, GitHub Organisation RBAC, Branching Strategies, Enterprise CI/CD Governance
• Cloud and Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Networking, Azure Security, Azure Monitoring.
• DevOps and Automation: Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure Automation, DevSecOps.
• Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Preferred Skills: JFrog Artifactory, Jira Administration & Automation, Helm, Kustomize, Self-hosted GitHub Runners, AKS, SRE Practices.
