As a hands-on senior individual contributor, you’ll improve components, patterns, documentation and adoption, working closely with the Lead Product Designer, engineers and product teams.\nHow you’ll help us make health happen\nDesign and improve reusable components, patterns and foundations across Figma.\nApply shared foundations and tokens, working with engineering to align design and code.\nWork with engineers to define component behaviour, requirements and acceptance criteria.\nReview implementations across responsive behaviour, interaction, content and accessibility.\nCreate and maintain clear guidance covering usage, behaviour, content and accessibility.\nTurn recurring questions and feedback into reusable guidance, examples and demonstrations.\nMentor designers and contributors in systems thinking, reusable design and inclusive practice.\nInvestigate requests and distinguish shared system needs from product-specific requirements.\nBuild strong relationships across Design, Product and Engineering to support adoption.\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:\nMust upload your portfolio along with your CV on application.\nStrong product design experience, including working with reusable components, patterns and design systems.\nStrong systems thinking, with the ability to turn complex needs into simple, scalable solutions.\nAdvanced Figma skills across components, variants, Auto Layout, variables and libraries.\nExperience with Zeroheight, Storybook, Figma Code Connect or similar design-system tooling\nStrong understanding of design foundations, responsive design and accessibility.\nAbility to work effectively with engineers, with a practical understanding of how designs translate into code.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, including documenting decisions, influencing others and mentoring designers.\nFamiliarity with React component libraries or CMS platforms such as Sitecore.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
