In this role, you’ll work within a cross-functional squad, collaborating with product and engineering to design experiences that make health simple and accessible.\nYou’ll take ownership of key journeys, contribute to discovery, and ensure design quality across the product-with guidance and support from your Lead Designer and Design Principal.\nHow you’ll help us make health happen\nDesign end-to-end experiences that feel intuitive and deliver real value.\nSupport discovery and strategy-frame problems, test ideas, and guide your squad toward validated solutions.\nPlan and conduct evaluative research, embedding insights into design decisions.\nFacilitate collaboration through workshops and design sprints.\nBalance user and business needs to create desirable, feasible, and viable solutions.\nElevate design quality and contribute to setting the standard for craft and thinking.\nAdvocate for and contribute to Bupa’s design system (Anatomy) for consistency and scalability.\nEnsure accessibility by designing experiences that meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards.\nFoster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.\nWhat you bring\nSubstantial years’ experience in product design, with experience owning complex journeys.\nA portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, interaction design depth, and measurable impact.\nDepth in product design plus exposure to research, service, content, or systems.\nAbility to zoom out on vision and zoom in on details.\nDiscovery mindset: test early, work through ambiguity.\nInteraction-first approach: design how it works, not just how it looks.\nSkilled in Figma, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA).\nExperience conducting user research and usability testing; bonus if you know AI tools like Figma Make or Lovable.\nStrong grasp of experimentation and agile ways of working.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
