As a leader in the healthcare industry, our aim is to leverage cutting-edge technology to innovate and enhance our services, ensuring exceptional experiences for our customers.\nHow you’ll help us make health happen\nLead the architecture and integration / consolidation of IT systems across acquisitions and new build sites.\nSupport with the assessment, due diligence and development of integration budgets for new acquisitions including the identification and mitigations of risks\nTranslate business challenges into clear, strategic technology solutions, balancing cost, risk, and time to value\nCollaborate across architecture, engineering, data, security, and operations to deliver the technical vision\nDesign and influence end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and governance\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support successful delivery\nCommunicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nEnsure solutions meet governance, compliance, and quality standards with minimal friction\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:\nProven 3 years plus experience in Solution Architecture roles\nAbility to design end-to-end solutions for high-availability web, mobile, and cloud-based systems\nStrong understanding of architecture modelling techniques such as UML and C4\nStrong stakeholder management experience\nExperience designing and delivering resilient, scalable, and secure systems\nSolid background in web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, REST, XML, and OData\nProficiency in modern programming languages such as Node.js, Java, C#, or Python\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (particularly Azure Cloud Platform and Google Cloud Platform), including PaaS solutions and workload migration\nExpertise in modern architectural practices, including: Microservices, API-led design , CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud-native design patterns\nStrong ability to collaborate with engineers and technical teams, confidently engaging in detailed technical discussions\nExperience designing data architectures that are scalable, secure, and optimised for performance\nHealthcare industry knowledge is preferred\nExperience integrating systems during acquisitions or the commissioning of new sites.\nYou can demonstrate the ability to create Solution designs for high-availability systems and cloud native 3rd party solutions using notation like UML and C4.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
