We take pride in our carehome.co.uk review score of 9.5 out of 10.\nYou’ll help us make health happen by:\nTo demonstrate and deliver Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence, previous experience essential.\nExcellent organisational and communicational skills.\nHave a high standard of customer service experience.\nLiaise with wellness spa manager to ensure stock level checks are completed\nCarry out housekeeping duties to ensure work areas within the Spa are maintained to a high standard.\nTo reach and exceed retail targets\nAdditional duties to include reception cover to include takings bookings and enquires, in the absence of the receptionist.\nTo have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance\nAttend internal/external training courses\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:\nPrevious experience in Spa facilities, qualifications to include NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy or ITEC equivalent.\nShould exhibit outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently, which are crucial for teamwork and independent tasks.\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
