developers.\nDefine mobile application architecture, coding standards, development practices, and engineering best practices.\nDrive end-to-end development, from requirement analysis and solution design to release and production support.\nEnsure application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.\nCollaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver business requirements.\nConduct code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.\nIdentify and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.\nImplement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.\nEnsure adherence to secure coding standards and mobile application development best practices.\nDrive continuous improvement in engineering processes, development productivity, and product quality.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart.\nGood understanding of mobile application architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.\nExperience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider.\nHands-on experience integrating REST APIs and other backend services.\nKnowledge of local databases, offline data synchronisation, and application caching.\nExperience with mobile application performance optimisation, debugging, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with unit testing, widget testing, integration testing, and code quality tools.\nUnderstanding of mobile application security, authentication, and secure data handling.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile application release management.\n\nLeadership and Management Skills: \nProven ability to lead and mentor mobile engineering teams.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience in sprint planning, effort
