architecture, design, and development of AI-powered applications using Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG.\nBuild and deploy production-ready AI solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.\nDesign AI agent workflows and orchestration for complex business use cases.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define technical solutions.\nMentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.\nEvaluate and implement emerging AI frameworks and technologies.\nEnsure engineering best practices, security, observability, and governance across AI applications.\nDrive innovation by adopting AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.\n\nRequirements: \n12-15 years of software engineering experience with technical leadership responsibilities.\nStrong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG.\nExperience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.\nProficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks.\nHands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.\nExperience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.\nStrong understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflows, and model evaluation.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.\nStrong knowledge of distributed systems and API design.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.\nExposure to Multi-Agent AI systems and AI workflow orchestration.\nExperience building AI products for large-scale B2C platforms.\nFamiliarity with MLOps and AI deployment
