Making a difference to the lives of our customers each day.\nRole Overview\nAs a Theatre Administrator, you will help to provide secretarial/administration support to the team. You will be an integral part of the team to help provide an efficient service to all customers.\nYou’ll help us make health happen by\nPrint theatre lists for theatre staff\nProvide adhoc admin support\nManage information related to theatre bookings\nProvide data required for the budgeting and planning of clinical and operational projects\nAttend internal and external courses required to carry out duties\nProvide clerical assistance to clinical staff when required\nInput time data and stack items from charge sheets into Compucare\nKeep an accurate record of all visitors entering and leaving the department\nProvide good customer care, answer telephone calls and take accurate messages\nKeep accurate records and the filing system tidy.\nLiaise with other wards and departments\nKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role\nExperience or genuine interest in working in healthcare\nComputer literate - Skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint\nAdministrative/Customer Service Experience ideal\nArticulate and polite\nAttention to detail\nStrong team player\nTelephony skills\nOrganisational\nTime Management\nPrioritising\nProactive thinking\nBenefits\nOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
