Reliability\n\nEducation\n\nGraduate Engineer (B.S. degree or equivalent)\n\nTraining\n\nFluent in English (written and spoken);\nGood technical reporting skills in the English language.\n\nTechnical knowledge\n\nHands-on experience with industry-recognized Asset Integrity, Reliability, RBI, APM, and Inspection Management software, including:\nGE Digital APM (Meridium) - Asset Performance Management\nE2G API-RBI™ - Risk-Based Inspection\nPalladio (Antea) - Asset Integrity Management\nOther relevant RBI, APM, Inspection Data Management, and Corrosion Management platforms are experience\n\nResponsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities\n\nPrimary Functions\n\nLead the delivery of Asset Integrity and Reliability services while acting as a seller-doer by developing client relationships, identifying and creating business opportunities, supporting proposals, and executing projects with the support of the Technical Center (TC) team to drive client satisfaction and business growth.\n\nTechnical Expertise\n\nAct as a Seller-Doer by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across the UAE and Middle East region.\nServe as a trusted technical advisor to clients, proactively identifying Asset Integrity, Reliability, Corrosion, Inspection, RBI, FFS, APM, and Digital Transformation opportunities.\nConduct regular client visits, technical presentations, workshops, and engagement meetings to understand client challenges and promote Bureau Veritas solutions.\nSupport the development and execution of account management plans for strategic clients and key accounts.\nIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with Operations, Commercial, and Technical Center teams.\nLead or support preparation of technical and commercial proposals, technical clarifications, bid evaluations, and client presentations.\nDevelop local market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and identify emerging opportunities within oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, power, and industrial sectors.\nConvert client needs into executable projects by coordinating with Regional Technical Center specialists and multidisciplinary subject matter experts.\nParticipate directly in project execution as a technical lead, project manager, or subject matter expert while leveraging the Technical Center team for specialized support.\nPromote Bureau Veritas Asset Integrity, Reliability, Digital Asset Management, and Risk-Based Inspection services to expand market presence and revenue generation.\nSupport achievement of annual sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth targets for the Asset Integrity Business Unit.\nDevelop long-term client relationships that result in repeat business,
