The IATF Auditor will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of client organizations' quality management systems, ensuring compliance with the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Bureau Veritas as a trusted partner in certification and compliance services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct Audits:\nPerform audits for client organizations to assess the effectiveness of their quality management systems.\nEvaluate processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and industry best practices.\n\nDocumentation Review:\nReview and analyze client documentation related to quality management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nProvide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement based on documentation assessment.\n\nClient Relationship Management:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact throughout the audit process.\nCommunicate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective action requirements in a clear and professional manner.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\nStay abreast of changes in standards and industry trends to ensure up-to-date knowledge.\nShare expertise with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes.\n\nReport Generation:\nPrepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective action.\nEnsure timely submission of accurate and comprehensive reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, etc.).\nGood command of English skills.\nExperience working in automotive manufacturing industry as Quality management or Iso management.\nPrefer candidates who has certified IATF Lead Auditor with a solid understanding of IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements\nProven experience in conducting quality management system audits, preferably in the automotive industry.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\nAble to travel for business
