Documenting nonconforming activities.\nConfirming that the necessary corrective actions have been verified and accepted by the Authorized Inspector.\nRecording in the Inspector Diary dates of all audits and visits to shop and field locations when related to the Authorized Inspector Supervisory duties.\nAttending each joint review for Certificate Holders for each Authorized Inspector being supervised.\nReview and accept design specification, engineering calculations in accordance with ASME.\nReview final testing of design to verify compliance with ASME.\nPerforms ASME/NB shop and field inspection services to assigned clients, including review and verification, implementation and applicability of the manufacturers written quality control system and/or inspection specifications.\nMonitors client quality control systems for compliance with relevant codes and requirements.\nDocuments quality control systems inspection activities per established policies.\nEnsures compliance with applicable sections of the ASME Code, National Board and jurisdictional requirements for fabrication activities and authorized inspection services.\nAcquires and maintains knowledge of updated applicable sections of ASME code and National Board and jurisdictional requirements. Continually enhances knowledge through self-study, internal training, and approved courses.\nRequired Education and/or Experience\nMust have a National Board Authorized Inspector Commission with \"B\" Endorsement.\n1 - 4 years of demonstrated experience in the boiler and pressure vessel industry, such as design fabrication, operation, repair and alteration, inspection and nondestructive examination, or quality control systems. \nCompetencies\nAbility to read, write and speak clearly and informatively.\nAbility to interact with customers.\nAbility to apply industry knowledge, technical skill and sound business practice to decision making.\nAbility to adheres to established company policies, directives and procedures, and ensures accurate and timely reporting and submission
