Working closely with Bid Leaders, technical specialists and key stakeholders, you will coordinate the delivery of high-quality bids, tenders and proposals that support business growth and project success.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated Bid Coordinator looking to further develop their career within a global organisation. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of sectors including transport, defence, education, health, property, energy and infrastructure while contributing to strategic pursuits across Australia and New Zealand.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate end-to-end bid, tender and proposal activities across multiple concurrent opportunities.\nSupport Bid Leaders with bid strategies, pursuit planning and mobilisation activities.\nManage bid schedules, milestones, deliverables and action registers to ensure timely and compliant submissions.\nReview tender documentation to identify requirements, risks, opportunities and key deliverables.\nPrepare, write, edit and format high-quality bid content and supporting documentation.\nCoordinate stakeholders across the business to obtain content, technical input and supporting information.\nMonitor bid progress and proactively escalate risks, issues or delays as required.\nConduct research into client requirements, market trends and competitor activity to support bid development.\nManage document control processes and ensure submission materials are complete, accurate and professionally presented.\nCoordinate bid reviews and approval processes to meet governance and compliance requirements.\nMaintain bid reporting, content libraries, templates and supporting resources.\nContribute to lessons learned reviews, continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice bid processes.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting bids, tenders or proposals within a fast-paced environment.
