Una posición clave para garantizar el control económico del proyecto y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales.\nResponsabilidades principales:\nElaborar y actualizar el presupuesto general del proyecto.\n\nAnalizar mediciones y validar certificaciones de obra.\n\nNegociar precios de trabajos adicionales o modificaciones.\n\nRealizar seguimiento de costes, detectar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas.\n\nPreparar informes financieros y colaborar con Compras en la evaluación de ofertas.\n\nRequisitos:\nTitulación en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o similar. (no requiere homologación)\n\n+3 años de experiencia en proyectos de construcción industrial.\n\nManejo de software de presupuestos.
