monitoring and control\nPrepare accounts receivables collection performance reports as per business requirements\nCreate profiles for new customers and ensure all customer registration requirements are completed in a timely manner\nPrepare and monitor aging reports and take corrective action(s) as required\nReview credit note related transactions to ensure all credit notes are issued in accordance with Company policies and procedures\nWork closely with the sales team to recommend appropriate credit facilities to new/existing customers\nInvestigate and resolve issues related to payment delays or non-payment of invoices and provide regular updates to management/stakeholders as required\nOversee and contribute to the preparation of statements of account (SOA) and reports as per business requirements\nContinuously review internal processes related to invoice issuance and make recommendations to enhance operational processes\nReconcile complex customer accounts with Company records\nLiaise with internal and external auditors as needed\nImplement audit recommendations where necessary and review opportunities for operational improvement in coordination with the Regional Financial Controller\nEnsure compliance with all relevant (internal and external) regulations including QHSSE requirements using company policies and procedures as appropriate\nCoach, lead and manage the performance of team members by helping them overcome professional challenges in order to accomplish their responsibilities in an accurate and efficient manner\nSet and agree individual goals for all direct reports and evaluate individual performance providing regular feedback and coaching in line with the company’s people management
