Tu impacto

Garantizarás que cada documento esté donde debe estar, cuando debe estar y en la versión correcta. Tu trabajo permitirá que ingeniería, construcción y calidad tomen decisiones rápidas y fiables. Serás el punto de referencia para asegurar orden, trazabilidad y cumplimiento en un proyecto que no se detiene.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión y archivo de planos, informes, contratos y documentación clave.

  • Control de versiones para asegurar que el equipo trabaja siempre con la información correcta.

  • Registro y seguimiento de documentos entrantes y salientes.

  • Verificación del cumplimiento normativo y requisitos del cliente.

  • Facilitar acceso ágil a la información mediante herramientas DMS.

  • Coordinación con equipos técnicos para recopilar y mantener la documentación del proyecto.

  • Preparación de documentación para auditorías internas y externas.

Requisitos

  • Grado en Administración, Gestión Documental o similar; valorable formación en Project Management.

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión documental en construcción o industria.

  • Experiencia en proyectos grandes o complejos muy valorada.

  • Nivel alto de inglés
