Across all our businesses and countries, each one of our people leaves their mark in shaping society.\n> We believe that leaving a mark is a true challenge and opportunity for every one of us.\n> We believe that leaving a mark is a sign of trust and impact.\n> We believe that leaving a mark is a bond with the future.\n> We believe that leaving a mark is proof of growth and development.\nBeing part of the BV family, is more than just working, it’s being convinced that you will leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS:\nPossess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Architecture, Occupational Safety & Health, or other relevant disciplines.\nAt least 5+ years of experience in comparable industry (ACC / CDE administration)\nExperience in industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, semiconductor plants, cleanroom facilities, data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, electronics manufacturing facilities, or other highly regulated industrial projects is highly preferred.\nFamiliarity with project delivery involving warehouse conversion, brownfield developments, industrial facility upgrades, fit-out works, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.\nSound understanding of construction project lifecycle, including design development, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and close-out.\nKnowledge of Malaysian construction practices, local statutory requirements, building regulations, authority approval processes, and applicable industry standards.\nExperience working in multidisciplinary project teams comprising civil, structural, architectural (CSA), mechanical, electrical, process, commissioning, HSE, quality, and commercial functions.\nAbility to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, equipment suppliers, and government authorities.\nFamiliarity with international engineering and project management standards, including FIDIC contract principles, is an advantage.\nStrong project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
