The role supports sustainable project planning through environmental due diligence, impact assessments, ESG compliance, and environmental management initiatives.\nMajor Responsibilities\nIdentify, assess, and evaluate environmental and social (E&S) risks associated with projects across various industry sectors.\nConduct environmental and social due diligence studies for private sector projects and investments.\nPrepare Environmental Management Plans (EMP), Environmental Monitoring Plans, and Sustainability Action Plans.\nAssess social impacts, community concerns, livelihood issues, and stakeholder risks.\nConduct site visits, inspections, environmental audits, and compliance monitoring.\nRoles & Responsibilities for HSE\nHSSE -\nResponsible for compliances of all applicable statutory laws and regulations as well as Group HSSE policies and procedures etc. in relation to Health, security, safety and environment and workmen employment.\nResponsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HSSE Management System (in line with ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001 standards) within his/ her Region/Location/Team. \nResponsible to take reasonable care on health and safety of their own, colleagues and others working surroundings.\nResponsible to report promptly to immediate superior on any abnormalities and incidents found related to Health, Security, Safety and Environment\nQuality -\nTo comply company Quality requirements e.g. policies, procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on Quality as applicable.\nSupport to Customer Satisfaction and Operational Excellence.\nSetup smart (Specific Measurable, Achievable, Relevant & Time Bound) Quality Objectives for himself and for Team in Success factor as applicable in area of Operation.\nResponsible to report promptly to immediate superior and TIQ on any abnormalities and incidents found related to Quality.\nCriteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)\nOn-time delivery of Reports\nClient relationship -
