timely processing.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR data within company systems and personnel files.\nAssist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the region.\nCoordinate employee benefits, leave administration, and attendance management in line with company policies and local legislation.\nPrepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support management decision-making and compliance requirements.\nSupport recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and other HR programs as required.\nEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and internal controls across the countries within the Middle East region.\nLiaise with employees, managers, government authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.\nParticipate in HR projects, process improvements, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCarry out any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager, Middle East.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. \nMinimum of 5
